Are any of you doing Daily Burn? It's a program online where you get a daily workout video to complete and it also provides you with nutritional plans and coaching designed to help you reach your own individual fitness/health goals.
I signed up for the free trial month and I finally did my first daily workout today - I'm dying! So much sweat, so many jelly muscles! But I already feel better and more energized and I'm looking at it as training for visiting Disneyland in a few weeks - after my week with the flu, I need to get my energy and stamina back up!
