This week's salad is pretty much a repeat of last week - it was so good, we just had to make it again! This time, we used a sweet honey barbecue sauce instead of the habanero SWAG sauce we used last time so I was able to actually eat most of mine. It had romaine lettuce, spinach leaves, shredded carrots, cucumber [in Nick's], tomatoes [in mine], corn, crushed tortilla chips and sweet BBQ sauce as dressing. One of my favorite salads so far!
