I've gone over 145 miles so far this year in my 365 Miles in 2013 personal challenge.
I'm starting to really like walking! On days that I don't go, I really feel the difference. I get sluggish and lazy and don't want to do anything or I end up restless and annoyed that I haven't walked! I think I'm creating a habit! I even got some snazzy new shoes to wear on my walks!
Here's to 220 more miles!
